The DURAN GL45 High Temperature Screw Cap offers outstanding heat resistance and chemical durability. Made from PBT with a PTFE liner, it is the ideal choice for laboratory applications requiring reliability and safety.
Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) with glass fiber offers high temperature and chemical resistance max. 180°C.
- Manufactured from PBT, PTFE, ETFE, silicone, glass fibre
- Fully autoclavable at 121°C or 134°C (Steam (wet) sterilization)
- Caps suitable for use up to 180 °C (Dry heat)
- Excellent chemical resistance due to PTFE coated cap liner
- Cap liner forms a tight seal with bottle
- PTFE coated peroxide cured silicone cap liner
- Fully compliant with current international food contact regulations
